Our team pressure-washed and prepared the court before applying SportMaster acrylic coating in three layers to create a strong, durable seal. We also added a new layer of vibrant line paint for a fresh look. The result is a smooth, safe, and long-lasting playing surface that will provide enjoyment for players of all levels.

Five fully resurfaced tennis courts and two basketball courts were completed in preparation for the 2025 Summer Games.
Tennis Construction completed the project on-time and on-budget.

Four pickleball courts were created on top of the existing tennis courts.
Courts were completed with a double-coat system with added grit for a competitve result for all players. A line taper machine was used for precise linework.

Tennis Construction Ltd. was founded by Lonnie Miguel Dredge, B. Eng in 2021. Following his graduation from Memorial University, Lonnie noticed the deteriorating shape of the tennis courts in St. John’s and decided to provide a solution.
With his expertise in construction and geotechnical projects, Lonnie is committed to delivering superior, durable surfaces to his local communities.
